The Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Universitas Gadjah Mada held its Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the Kamarijani Soenjoto Auditorium. The event marked an important milestone—signaling both the culmination of the students’ academic journeys and the beginning of their broader contributions to society.

In her remarks, Dean Prof. Dr. Ir. Eni Harmayani, M.Sc., expressed deep appreciation for the graduates’ perseverance and commitment throughout their years of study. She also conveyed her hope that the knowledge gained at the university will be meaningfully applied to advance communities across Indonesia. Quoting B. J. Habibie, she reminded the graduates that “success belongs to those who continue to strive,” offering both encouragement and a call to continued innovation.

This period saw the graduation of 43 students, including six graduates from the Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP):

  • Daffa Nisrina Nahdah
  • Dewi Ayu Pramesty
  • Dinda Nurfatihah J
  • Eugenia Karen
  • Valencia
  • Via Istiqomah

The ceremony also featured an address from alumnus Wednes Aria Yuda, S.T.P., M.Sc., a prominent member of Kagama TP and owner of Coklat nDalem. Speaking to the graduates, he encouraged them to resist the urge to compare themselves with others, emphasizing instead the value of staying focused on their own paths, maintaining consistency, and continuing to learn. “Slow, quiet, and accomplished,” he remarked—underscoring the idea that meaningful achievements often emerge from steady, unseen effort. He also reminded the graduates that they never walk alone, as family, friends, and the alumni community remain steadfast sources of support.

This graduation ceremony not only celebrated academic accomplishment but also reaffirmed the faculty’s commitment to preparing future professionals poised to contribute to the advancement of Indonesia’s food and agricultural sectors.
