The college period is a critical time in determining future careers. The key to determining a career is to understand yourself, focus on the path to be taken, and not limit the challenges in achieving success. Career focuses in the TPHP field that can be pursued include the food industry, operational divisions, entrepreneurs, and academics.
The career journey is a long-term learning process. A company must provide a system to manage its industry to create sustainable value. The key to managing the industry is managing human resources, customers, and the environment. In managing human resources, it is necessary to improve leadership skills, such as self-awareness, communication, influence, and learning agility. There are also challenges in managing the industry, namely managing force majors, managing internal cases, managing industrial relations, managing the environment, and managing work culture.
The key to managing customers is managing products, services, and trust. Challenges in trust include systems, communication, and people. The key to managing the environment is building a reputation by maintaining trust, popularity, credibility, views, brand, marketing, position, and impressions. There are also challenges in maintaining credibility by managing integrity, capability, and results.
The conclusion in managing the industry is to create sustainable value through creative innovation, reducing costs, and increasing revenue. In addition, Mr. Erista also added that in life it is also necessary to change so that there will continue to be lessons learned.
