The Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP), Universitas Gadjah Mada, proudly celebrated the graduation of 48 undergraduate students on Wednesday, May 28, during the Third Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony of the 2024/2025 academic year.

As part of the Bakery Technology course, undergraduate students from the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, explored two bread-making techniques: steaming and baking.
