The Process Engineering Laboratory is a laboratory in the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology that functions to develop science related to physical aspects, for example, physical properties analysis, water activity, engineering kinetics, design of agricultural product processing plants, processing equipment design, development of food products and products agriculture, and many more.
This laboratory is equipped with a “pilot plant” as a medium to develop processing and handling technology for various food commodities and agricultural products, such as oil refining units, soy milk processing units, smoking units, fruit juice processing units, essential oil distilling units, and many more.
