Biotechnology Laboratory is a laboratory in the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology whose function is to develop science related to biological-microbial aspects, for example, microbiological analysis of agricultural products, fermentation, microbial enzymes, microbial isolation and identification, industrial microbiology, food microbiology, including handling of agriculture waste and genetic engineering.
