  • Hidrolisis Limbah Industri Pangan (Hati Nangka dan Kulit Markisa, Pepaya, Kedondong, Nangka) dengan Enzim Selulase
  • Volatile Compounds and Consumer Acceptance of Chocolate Bar Prepared by Maillard Reaction using Rare Sugars (Allulose, Tagatose, and Allose) and Amino Acids (Valine, Isoleucine, and Threonine)
