The Teaching Laboratory is a laboratory in the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology that functions as the place for the practical courses of undergraduate students. The practical courses are carried out alternately according to the practicum schedule, which has been arranged by the Practical Course Coordinator of the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology.

Organizing a centralized practical course in one place, in the Teaching Laboratory is intended to provide opportunities for other students (Undergraduate, Master, and Doctorate programs) who are working on their thesis, thesis, or dissertation research without being disturbed and so do on the contrary. It happens because the number of students (student body) in the Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology students is increasing, so a solution that benefits the various parties (a win-win solution) is needed.
